The Blues Jr. is at the doctor awaiting modifications (billm mods) including a new Texas Heat speaker. I will update you all as to the results.......

These Billm mods are supposed to put gobs of grunt into a Blues Jr., I can't wait to hear your update.I take it that these mods void any warranty on the amp,is that right?Of course if your warranty has expired it wouldn't matter.

Warrantee has expired. I am looking forward to improved tones, hopefully I am not disappointed as this amp is getting expensive.

I am going to build a dovetail cabinet for the old speaker also - trying my hand at cabinetry. Looking forward to that too.....
