Sorry bud, I'm in the Pacific Northwest... lots of rain and left-wing politics...

And this is one longhaired liberal from the great northwest that would like to see 2 straight days of sun. I'm getting tired of the rain already this year. You'd think I'd be used to it after almost 20 years. At least my gills are still working.

I'd like to get out and play live again, answer some adds and go to some auditions. I've eaten enough regular meals for a while.

I'd also like to completely get over my Fear of Recording.

I just started playing on 12/25/70 and I'd like to get the recognition, fame and riches I truely deserve.

Ok, I'd settle for a few gigs and recording a solo CD.

Spend at least 1 quality hour on a set practice routine, easier said than done.

I'd like to just improve on a regular basis. And maybe play out sometime.

Like Drjohnthebassman said, I would like to hook up with some people, perhaps play a few gigs...

It looks like I found some other old guys to play with.

A CD of songs to learn before the first practice should be making its way to me in a matter of days, and then I really have some work to do. I haven't played with anyone in almost 20 years. Except for one party....

This should be fun.

I've just changed jobs to reclaim my life and my music.

In 2008 I want to practice to improve, spend more time playing, write more music, record it and share it.

I've been singing lead for a long time now. A few years ago I picked up a guitar and started teaching myself how to play. This is the year I tie it all together!

I would also like to start writing my own songs instead of covering other peoples stuff!

I'm going to cut down on 'roadfood' and only agree to gigs that I really want to do.

I'd like to play some gigs with the new band already. Spend more time with my family, my bass and my band. Less time working a job I hate. That's about it.
