As someone who bounced all over the Orient in my Navy days I went to alot of clubs and noticed that they ccould cover a Styx song and sound just like them, then just like Boston, etc. The Country singers could even sing with a southern accent and sound just like Lortta Lynn or whoevers song they were covering. Not surprised they could find someone who sounded like Steve Perry.
