At the grand age of 95 British slapstick comedy legend Norman Wisdom passed away last night, I grew up rolling about the floor, holding my sides hurting with laughter watching your films and tv appearances, all time great IMO up there with Chaplin, Keaton, Laurel & Hardy and all the other greats who made us laugh uncontrollably without having to resort to anything other than give a look, just genious.

Rest in peace Norman, and thanks for the laughs & memories

Yes, I go along with all of the above, RIP Norman, you gave us some great times.

As a sidenote, Norman Wisdom was very big in Albania, a superstar because of the Albanian censorship laws. Hollywood films and the like were banned, either too sexual or violent, or both.
Now Normans films....just right.
Albanians going around shouting Mr Grimsdale!! Mr Grimsdale!!.....No.. No..not now Pitkin. Haha, good days, great guy, genius.
