Ok tell us about pickups. I've tried this Duncan or Dmarzio pickups gee I dunno it was blue in colour on a JEM 77 Rose Series that sounds good on all 5 selector switch (H-S-H). Hard to describe but the tone is beautiful as if its alive gee I am not kidding but difficult to put it in words. U see I compared them with typical Ibanez pickups, when u play a note even in the 1st four frets which u can hardly vibrato with ur hand but it seems that its vibrating nicely, the tone is rich and the sustain is strong with a double tone edge to it. Unlike the Ibanez RG pickups they are just loud but less melodic. I'm sloppy at shredding but on the JEM 77 pickups even playing E minor lick in the 1st 4 frets every note seems to pop out clear with less noise. Unlike the RG pickups I had to really carefully mute unwanted strings to buffer noise and still they dont come out as clear.

I still prefer the SSS on the strat but I think the lower end Strat pickups sound are inferior to the JEM 77. So I've not tried many good guitars therefore I make comparison with the JEM 77, need ur opinion to suggest pickups with SSS settings that are inexpensive or moderate to equate the quality of the JEM 77 or better?

Pls illustrate like this -> Bridge = ? pickup, Middle = ? pickup Neck = ? pickup for easy understanding. Thank you for ur kind advice.
