My long time friend Árni Ísaksson just won his first MMA title last night in Ukraine. He won a russian in second round by arm triangle, and recieved the ProFC belt for it. Árni accepted the fight in 3 day advance.

What makes this victory so sweet is that in 2006 Árni had an training accitend on his hnee and doctors told him that he wouldn't compete again, and probably wouldn't walk right ever again. But did he show them

Before he was injured he was rated nr. 7 in Europe. His main sparring partner, Gunnar Nelson, is currently rated nr.1 up and coming fighter.

I know this has nothing to do with guitars. I am just so proud of him .
