Believe it or not, Mighty Mite makes a mighty fine P90. I bought one off of eBay ($20 :!: ), put it in the neck position of my Telecaster, and that thing ROCKS! Fat and rich, warm and resonant--great addition to a great guitar!

I also love Pete Biltoft Vintage Vibe pickups. I put a set of SP90s in my Strat...they're P90s sized to fit in a Stratocaster...rich and thick like a P90 should be, but still retain that Strat sparkle and spank. I bought these off eBay for $120 (full set).

I decided to go with a custom wound set from Mojotone. I should be getting them today and have them installed by middle of next week. I'll let you guys know how they turn out.

Go with the Lollars! Jason knows what he's doing and they're great people to deal with.

P-Rails--so you can have P-90, regular single coil (With a rail), or a humbucker.

the neck duncan designed pickup in my squier tele custom seems pretty decent, the bridge seems to lack something. not sure whether to upgrade it, or put in a p-90 sized hukbucker...

My semi has Yamaha alnico II soapbars, and they sound fantastic. I also love Gibson P90s.

Any opinions on the Gibson P90 pickups in the new Studio Les Paul Tribute?

I don't know if they are the best P90s but my 2006 Gibson '56 Goldtop VOS sure sounds and plays nice.

Actually that very guitar is the very first P90 equipped guitar I ever played.
