Hi All:

Forum facilitator Brad Traweek gave me the green light for this one-time posting: If you live in the Detroit area and collect Fenders, this is a great opportunity to get a fine instrument autographed by a top talent. And support a good cause, too.

Kenny Loggins performs live at a fund raiser featuring an auction of new Stratocasters and Telecasters signed by the top artists who play them (guitars are signed only, not the actual artist's instrument), including: Barenaked Ladies, Bon Jovi, Brad Paisely, Cheech & Chong, Cyndi Lauper, Eddie Money, G. Love, Hippie Fest, Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Justin Beiber, O.A.R., The Guess Who, and more. Many more.

See a complete list, w/guitar photo and artist(s) name, at starguitars.org. All proceeds support the Charles Main, M.D. Pediatric Cancer Survivor Scholarship Fund @ Beaumont Hospitals. Oct. 23, 6:30 pm @ Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, Dearborn, Mich. $75. Includes a gourmet strolling dinner. Buy tickets online at starsguitars.org, or call 248-551-9887. Blue jeans encouraged.

Thanks Fender Community!

Some really nice guitars up for auction.

I really like the Jack Bruce SG bass. I wonder if thats the one from his Cream days?

Wish I was in Detroit.

Brad can this go sticky till the auction is over.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I went to your site, and I was unable to see just what type of guitars these are, the picture is so small and grainy, and the zoom in shots are not of the guitar as more the signature on the guitar.

Do you have any high quality pictures you can show us please?

Thanks for sharing, and a great cause.

I looked for the Justin Beiber guitar but couldn't see it... :D

Anyway good luck and Rock On!

Gee a guitar autographed by Justa Beaver,I bet that'll bring a bundle since he's such a gifted guitarist.I wonder how much my Tele and Strat autographed by Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives would be worth.Anyway I hope the auction brings in a pile of money for the charities as some of the others should bring in serious bidding.

I thought I saw it, it was a left handed model.
