I thought I would share another recording I made using Audacity a few months ago.

I used a drum track that came installed in my amp and I recorded 3 guitar parts direct from my amp to the sound-card in my computer. I'm pretty sure I recorded it on my Les Paul, but it could also have been my Strat with EMGs. (I've got to start writing this stuff down  ). I don't know if it qualifies as a song and it's a bit repetitive - anyway hope you dig it.

Here it is:

the main riff sounds like something tom morello might have done on revelations by audioslave. I like it :)

Like it Kong, a touch of Peter Green F/mac "Oh Well" coming through in the main riff 8)

Hi John,

Not too much! Back to school for the 12th time, shaping and molding young minds. Good crop of kids this year (so far!), having fun as always. :) Getting psyched for our trip to Mississippi so I can participate in my graduation for my Masters. If I can get dressed up for HS graduation every year, I can sure as heck do it for myself!

So as not to hijack the thread TOO much...I gotta say that I LOVE listening to Kong play as often as he does. It's really soothing and great to listen to, as long as the volume on the amp isn't up too high. Love that 12 string acoustic he's got! I'm a lucky woman to get "serenaded" on a regular basis!

Hope everyone else is doing great! I'll try to be less of a stranger!

BoK

Wow! Really nice riffs..

They type of tune you want to have blaring thru the car speakers as you're zooming down the highway with the State Police chasing you!
Well, forget that last part about the police...

Thanks for sharing!
