Greetings folks

Just curious if anyone out there has the custom made ear plugs?
- are the worth the cash?
- How much did u pay for them?
- do they really let you hear everything or is it muffled just like the squishy ones?

I find Vater percussion earplugs really good.They are basically made for drummers but are quite good for guitar and have two sets of sound baffles for varying degrees of sound reduction with limited tone loss.The are around $20 a pair.

I use foam earplugs, though it won't cut the sound much, it works for me to focus to the bass beat..
