Yeah great collection of egos, ive some albums on mp3 somewhere 3 days? etc rings a bell.

Awesome vid for "just because" , i always loved that intro with Navvaros silver LP or LP type blasting away!

I once played "just because" loud to a guy i worked with and his reaction was "what the hell is that" what a dullard!!

Been one since the early 90's.

"Just Because" is not their greatest work. Seek out, and listen to them completely, meaning the entire album and not just a few songs, NOTHING'S SHOCKING, RITUAL DE LO HABITUAL, and the first live album with WHORES and PIGS IN ZEN.

These albums, and I call them albums because vinyl was not just some novelty format that only cool bands release their stuff on like today when these were orignally released they were available in the album format, anyways, these albums are the gospel!

Saw them at the big venue in Tinley Park outside of Chicago in summer 2003 ( was it a Lollapalooza? ) with Audioslave and other bands, they were very good. I was driving a Limousine so after I dropped my passengers off I drove around to the artists parking area and parked with all of the tour buses. I was invited in a couple and got totally annihilated with some of the acts on the bill I can only remember a band named Drop because they let me chill in their bus. Security gave me a VIP tag and escorted me to that section of the venue very cool concert Perry Farrel is a maniac in a good way and good thing it was a long concert 'cause it took awhile to get organized. If that ever happens again I'm going to ask what diesel is before partaking, sheesh, thinking back now Janes Addiction is very very good maybe even a little psychedelic

Great story SBL a band that forms, falls out, splits up reforms lol bet its been a rollercoaster.

Listened to a radio interview with "Periferal" a while back very entertaining. Think it was just prior to his collaberation with Nuno Bettancourt from memory.

Got these two CD's the other day, played them non-stop, had a break to see if I'd go back to them which I did, love the guitar playing Navarro thrashes out some mean stuff , Perry Farrell seems just like his name says, on the peripheral sort of like a Bette Davis ( baby Jane) on steroids, good band, not your normal run of the mill rock band 8)
