I will get out and do some fresh water fishing in the local reservoirs and occasionally get to the beach and do some surf fishing or a charter, mostly surf though.
I have been using the same two 10' Garcia surf rods and reels for over 30 years. even My two trolling rods reels are that old now. some of my light weight tackle is new I bought a new ugly stick this year.

I don't think I would get into a Kayak and fish because of my height and size not to comfortable.

Do more shooting then fishing though and like to hunt.

Hard to shoot a Moose as your floating by on a Kayak. Forget packing it out of there Well come to think of it you could shoot a moose from a kayak but the packing it out of there that stands.

nope google fishing kayaks.
i have a factory sponsorship and own several for whatever type of fishing im doing. from trout in mountain lakes to sharks inshore, or big blues offshore.

I just looked , My neighbor has one of them. I always called it a canoe. I picture kayak I think those thin things with a hole you climb down into and pull a rubber up around you body.

oh no, you cant do anything in those lil boats lol.
man kayaks are the best. launch any time and any where.
as stealth as they come, can float in 6in of water, stores easy and
fueled by mountaindew and snickers bars.
ive been back in coves at rising tide only to look over my sholder to see
the big fishing boats and guides cursing me because im catching all the fish they cant get to yet lol, then only to see them pissed because low tide is upon us and they gotta get off the flats while i still get to fish.
oh it burns their azz's.
