Pat came by my house with the guitar right after he came from the post office and opened her up here.We plugged into my JCM 800 and she is absolutely fantastic-no other words could describe it.Clean or really opened up through the amp she just sings sweetly or wails like a demented banshee and the neck is just sublime. You can get a real authentic Clapton "woman" tone from it with no problem at all.Now I have to get one because this puppy has caused major G.A.S.

Sweet guitar! I'm not familiar with Orville by Gibson, whats the story? I do know who Orville was by the way. Congrats!

P.S. Not too sure what NAD and NDG stand for..........

Got it, thanks! I had a case of NAD in August and a double dose of NGD in September. I'll post some pics as soon as I take them.

I'm sitting here now staring out the front window watching Hurricaine Igor tear up the neighbourhood with this plugged into the Haze 40 and I must say....It's a tone monster. Beautiful smooth creamy sound, and when I turn up some gain it wants to take a bite out of my leg :)
