I thought you were talking about his personal beat up strat though. I think that marking on the back of it is the Custom Shop V with John Cruz's signature in the middle of the V. I don't know though, the picture posted in this thread isn't too close up.

But yeah it's his signature on the production models of all his sig strats.

I was... yes, it does have the master builder sig, but it also has his...
