Today I stayed a little late at work because my Mom went shopping so my guitar tech decided to show me a couple of set ups he was doing. After I watched him do it he gave me a Squier Bullet and took me through it step by step. In the end it actually played pretty well for a cheap guitar. It was a lot of fun too, especially when I get to work on the Squier/Fender instruments. :D It's not as hard as I thought it would be when you have the right tools and someone there to ask questions to.

Good goin' TGS there's nothing like hands on experience to help you learn, being able to do your own setups certainly makes life easier as you're not dependant on someone else to keep your guitars in good playing order-especially on the road.

Good for you!

It's not as hard as it first seems to be. Time consuming but not too technically challenging. And you get the satisfaction of doing it yourself and knowing a bit more on how the guitar really works!
