Hey guys!

Just wanted to show you the flyers for this rock night we are playing. The 2nd one is a rough draft with a mistake as the night is actually on the 26th.

Just thought it could start a new thread for all the working musos we have here to show us their flyers!

Cheers Nevin.

I don't think the date and the spelling of 'headlining' are the only mistakes on the second one though. Some of those acts the DJ is planning on playing are quite precarious to say the least.

Glee have murdered that. If the DJ plays that I'm smashing his decks up with a Telecaster!

Cheers 'Slinger!

Still, like I said guys, I'd love to see more people post their flyers/posters in this thread. I have always liked flyers. Would enjoy seeing them.

Hi CC: very cool, especially the second one!

And apart from anything else it reminds us all over again what a neat name Cross-Eyed Mary is. You really hit paydirt with that. 8)

(Room for one very small observation? On the first one the typeface at the top might be a touch hard to read. Typos aside, for a moment there I was asking myself; "What the heck is SABATACE?" Trivial I know, but...)

Carry on - and rock on! :D

Cheers - C

two bands names, Roller and Bunker Hill, are missing from the second flyer but they both put on a great show.

Cheers Ceri, unfortunately we aren't the only Cross Eyed Mary out there much to my dismay. Most of them are Tull tribute acts. We'll fight for it though. Had the crowd chanting 'mary's gonna get you!' between songs on Sunday!

You are right about the font on that. The guy who runs Sabatage has taken it on board and changed it for future nights.

Cool flyers/posters Solid bro. Like I said folks I'd love to see more! Doesn't have to be your own band, lets get some established act cool flyers posted.

CC: I know that Sabatage is not your band, but I find the mis-spelling of Sabotage quite odd. If they
were going for a link to "Sabbath", then wouldn't it have been much better to call the band "Sabbatage"? If not, I think they would have been
better served with just using the correct spelling of Sabotage?

Sorry ... just a far too critical observation

On another note, I like the name of your band. That has been one of favorite Tull songs forever. I assume you guys play it, right?

Hey man, the second one the date was wrong and they didn't spell 'headlining' correctly.

That was just the rough draft though, the ones that were around the city for the gig were correct. It was just a rough draft.

@eibach Yeah I know, it's all down to the guy who runs the night. We have all pointed it out to him. You live and learn eh? lol

@Martian Cheers mate!
