54, my biggest regret is not starting to play until I was 49. All those wasted years.
All you young guys make sure you keep at it otherwise you'll regret it big time when you get to the other end and trust me, that doesn't take long at all. :cry:

Too many injuries and artritis for things to get better, most days I get up and hope I can walk to the bathroom :shock:
