I missed it. I liked 'Standing in the Shadows of Motown' which featured Jamerson and the other Funk Brothers.

Turns out that it's on YouTube. I just wish they'd show a side view of the bass master so I could see how high the action really was on that Precision.

Loved "Standing in the Shadows"..especially the touring stories.

I put the photo of him from the Wiki site up on the wall at our office about a month ago along with a short bio. I am very glad to see this thread and a little recognition for the person that has probably played on more number one hits than anyone who ever lived.

His bass was stolen shortly before his death and has never been recovered.

That was one hell of a great movie. If only I could find a copy on DVD so I could watch it again.
