If you are really torn, flip a coin. I'll be honest, I'd probably see Ozzy just because he might not have too many more concerts left in him. See STP on the next tour.

I saw Ozzy last month here in Pittsburgh. Great show ... Really great, actually. He is as good or better as he has ever been. Also, his band flat out cooks. Similarly, STP played a show not too long afterward. I did not see them but heard a number of negatives about the show. Go see Ozzy especially if you haven't before.
