one of my guitars has a slight hum until i touch it when it is plugged in. i am assuming a bad ground? how should i go about finding it... there is one volume knob that seems a bit suspect because of the soldering but if anyone has any ideas please share with me. I also got a roll of that metal insulating tape so when i get into the cut outs i am going to put that in also just to help.

This sounds crazy, but I have an electrical strip that gives me a ground issue. Same thing with a slight buzz until I touch the bass. I tap the strip with my foot and it stops. Time to change out the strip I guess.
