Vox has just released the Joe Satriani model Amplug headphone amplifier,it has a built in analogue delay and a Saturator distortion function. This should be a boon to those who love to shred but have difficult neighbours, they also make a mini cab with 2 -1 1/2 " speakers that you can plug it into.Vox also has released a Mini Night Train with a 1-10 cab all in all they have 15 new amp products as well as a 1 W battery powered modeling amp and new ac 15 and Valvetronix amps. you can check it out at www.voxamps.com .

The Lil Night Train really looks interesting. Another item for my G.A.S. on top of the Blackstar HT-1

The whole amPlug serie is really cool. Extremely usable tones for recording and even for gigging (direct injection in the PA works like a charm).
Plus the convenience, you can run around with 4 amps and an acoustic simulator tucked in your pockets.
The little cab is a lot of fun, sounds better than I thought it would, it has become my main practice rig at low volume.

Thanks for the JS one, didn't know about it!

The important thing about Amplugs is being able to play whilst shopping at the supermarket. There are other options for that, obviously, but the Amplug is the most convenient.

You just gotta remember not to get carried away and do Pete Townshend knee slides down the frozen food aisles. You often get thrown out for that - I find.
