Hi Louis, try to record yourself over a 6 to 8 weeks of guitar playing, my bet is that you will find some improvement in your playing. It is hard to see any king of improvement on a day to day basis, but over a longer period of time it is impossible to miss the progress in our playing. Good luck. :)

this is true.......I found a tape of me playing back in 91 as I use to tape myself daily.I was amazed back than the difference over a few weeks period would make.I listened to it the other day in the car taking my daughter to school and she was like Whoa!!......you've come along way in your playing dad :D She wasn't even born when I made the tape.I was playing needle and the spoon by Lynyrd Skynyrd and even I was trippin on how much better I have become over time.

Vista California? :D I played a wedding there in the middle of an avacado grove. They had a dog that would bring you an avacado and want you to throw it. He would fetch it until it broke open and then eat it.

I dedicated every song to "Sam the Avacado Dog" that day.

I've had the same thing happen with my neighbour down the lane from me- he must be a Hendrix/Beatles fan because that's about all I play when I'm playing for my own enjoyment.Funny thing because he said that another neighbours constant playing of accordion and Irish music bugged him.

Louis,

You gotta love a guy that plays a Marshall stack at home.

I am always plotting on times when I can crank up my 44 watter when the rest of the family is away.

Haha. I have a 1x12 ac30 and it's not a half stack but it is LOUD. I play it cranked up at home all the time but I've never had any neighbors say anything.

Maybe not a good sign lol..
