I also here Marmite is ideal for inducing stomach spasms resulting in extreme vomiting. YMMV :D

Andy, this may be the end of a beautiful friendship.

Sad. It had seemed such a promising start - the cats, the beachfront deckchair fights and all... [Sigh]

Cheers - C

Oh well. Still, I wouldn't rule out that beachfront deckchair fight....Marmite peddling is a serious offence round my way.

The looser gets exiled to Casablanca.

Andy.

Did you ever hear the tale of (I think it was) Yip Man beating the hell out of some prostitute who claimed the strongest iron stomach anywhere, in a bar? He then went on to prescribe her some medicine and gave her a few quid to get herself sorted out.

That does read a hell of a lot worse than it sounds when the story is told verbally.

I suspect you're from the ever charismatic and enigmatic Dr Leung Ting's school of arts. (that bloke has some amazing tales to tell)
I have a huge book by the Doc, The Roots and Branches of WingChun/ WingTsun/ VingTsun. I found that invaluable when I used to train as the nearest school was 45miles away. I wasn't driving at the time and relying on trains once a fortnight. It got me through my Sui nim tao.

James Sinclair's site has a recipe for Dit Dah jow.

Nope!

The Story aside, Can you imagine how much a Marmite a prostitute with an Iron stomach could consume!

I am indeed a student of the Sifu Leung Ting School of Wing Tsun. Though I don't own it I know lots of people who say the Roots and Branches is a great read.

Did you learn any Chum Kiu or Biu Tze?

I stopped going as much when politics started to effect the classes. It was also just when I started to learn how savage BiuTze is. Its seriously scary stuff and not really what i was after. Some of the guys i was training with were wearing neck braces for protection during the gradings with Keith Kernspecht. Shame really as they were a really good bunch to train with.
