thanks for sharing. hes amazing, he can play with anyone and still keep his unique sound. thers a great one on you tube of him and bb king.


hes rarely stated when people are mentioning the greats. and i cant understand why..

i cant see what joe bonamassa has over him to be honest, except age.

While I personally think Bonamassa has surpassed Gary Moore, I know that Joe does have major respect for Gary Moore and even named one of his LP's "Gary Moore". I am sure if you asked him he would admit that Gary Moore is a better guitarist than he is.

And that's exactly what Gary Moore said too! :lol: He said if Joe wanted to be taken seriously as a blues player he had to knock all the rock stuff on the head. Which to be fair is a little rich considering Moore's playing credentials... :lol:

Some folks weren't too kind in their reviews of Gary's recent Festival appearances.

I thought he and his band sounded just fine.
