my thoughts are with you riley. rehab is important and don't take it lightly. i went back to work 3 weeks after ACL surgery and didn't do any rehab. i thank God that my stupidity didn't leave me with only one good knee.

Good luck Riley - physio is hard work, but is definitely worth the effort. Let us know how you're doing! :)

i cant remember a thing about today; the doctors gave me a medicine that they described as getting you temperarily drunk, and happy gas and injected the needles while i was in my own happy world
i just got my orange back, thankfully, i played it just then for about 15 minuts, and ive gotta hell of a lot of wrist movement compared to what i had (no wrist movement at all, for 5 years) and my fingers are staying out when i play, which is very good :) i'll exersice my arse off so hopefully, i can keep that movement :D

Great news Riley, but don't try to run before you can walk buddy. I made this mistake after surgery some years ago, I went back to work way too early. I'm paying for that mistake now, take each day as it comes, good and bad. And as everyone has already said, listen to the doc's and take their advice on board. Good luck 8)

Take it easy if you just had surgery. Let it heal.

it doesn't really need healing, its more of a muscular disorder that needed help, an it has helped, a bit.
