Hey I was wondering if someone tell me what I need to ask for a sponsoring with fender or anyother company?? I know is difficult, but I liked to know!

Certainly, from fender's faqs:
"Possibly. Fender Musical Instruments Corporation accepts artist packages sent for consideration of endorsement. An artist’s business manager or record label A&R representative can send a complete artist package to:

Fender Musical Instruments Corp.
ATTN: Artist Relations Dept.
8860 E. Chaparral Rd., Suite 100
Scottsdale, AZ 85250-2610 USA

A complete artist package should contain music, video, biography information, photos, press clippings and a cover letter listing current music gear (Fender and otherwise). It should also contain a proposal indicating artist's expectations as an endorsee of a working relationship with Fender.

Artists without business manger or label A&R representation may submit complete artist packages of their own. Allow a minimum of at least 90 days for a response and please note that all submissions become property of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and cannot be returned."

In these parts, all we needed to get a sponsership with the local Budweiser Distributer was a promo pak with a recent short video, and a schedule that showed us playing a lot, and in a number of different places. They gave us all the swag we could handle and helped finance some new gear. Years ago I knew a band that had sponsership with Dean Markley Strings. I guess it all depends on what they want to see before they sponser you.

Oh that's I kind of difficult to know what could fender want. But well actually my band is not that good, all ready, were just setting up our new vocalist, so it could take some time to be ready for ask for sponsorship to a big brand like fender

If your going to try and get endorsed by anyone I would try small companies, maybe just for strings or cables, then it should be easier to get endorsed by a big company later on.

That's is true! Actually I was thinking about asking for sponsorship in a store whodistribute marshall here in my country, well that is really another problem, I'm from Costa Rica and big companies dosn't turn their eyes in to small countries like Costa Rica.
