Does anyone on this forum know the specs on a HSC for a 1967 Coronado II Wildwood I or is this something that Arizona or California needs to answer?
Thanks ahead of time

There are case makers who will build you a case based on the measurements and a template of your guitar or you can go this route-I couldn't find a case to fit my 66 Gretsch Tennesean so I bought a regular acoustic guitar hardshell case and filled in the contours and back with a firm upholstery foam and that worked like a charm.

Thanks, was actually thinking along those lines and did giive the specs to MF who recomended a Gator 335 case,it's too tight, basically no headstock room and just barely for the cutaways, however upon contacting a Fender custom shop they did recommend or say almost any ESGibson case or Epiphone 335 should work.inclined to agree about the Epi case.the specs look like it could work.tossed out the one about a regular acoustic guitar hardshell case.still waiting for their tech on it,never thought about the trace or template though.Excellent idea Thanks

Update on guitar cases. The Coronados all came in cases made by the Victoria Luggage Co, and were made in the USA .Victoria closed in 1975 however the company changed hands to what is now known as G&G quality cases who are in LA.they picked up where Victoria left off making cases for all the major brands including Fender who had a contract with the Luggage company.little wonder MF could not find one for my 67 Coronado II... we tried the Gator GC Gibson 335 HSC.way to tight.too bad it was a nice case. guitar below

That's a beauty and certainly deserves a very good case, are there any craftsmen/cabinet makers etc. in your area that could possibly make a case from scratch?I have seen some beautiful homemade cases over the years.

Thanks slinger,it has the original Hard shell case it came in.I was just looking to get another because the case has seen better days since purchased in 67 to answer your question No not in this state Ky. the town they call a city makes Mayberry look good.I've checked almost everywhere except Kentucky Music Co. down near TN just inside the state.if I get down that way I will check for sure.
