Although I am sure I haven't heard all the tracks from Woodstock, I'd have to say "Won't You Try/Saturday Afternoon" by Jefferson Airplane.

The tunes and bands were great though. I think that late '60's era was the height of Pop/Rock music.

I also like the fact that the sounds you heard was really created by the players/singers instead of all the processing that goes on today.
