I was built like you at your age, and I hated it. Now that I'm 50, I'm glad I still have that build. I am 6'2" and weigh about 170 to 175, with low body fat.

You want to consume a lot of protein, such as Designer Whey or something like that.

You want to do squats with free weights.

You want a periodized weight training program. Google it.

 Eat quality foods (not fast food and prepackaged crap)
 Eat 5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals
 Take in 2 grams of protien per pound of your body wieght per day (an easy way to get the protein is by drinking protein shakes. Gaspari Myofusion is really tasty)
 Lift HEAVY (your last rep should be almost at failure)
 Use low reps but higher sets (4 to 5 reps but 6 to 8 sets) per exercise with multiple exercises per body part.
 Work out at least 5 days a week (less than 3 days per week and you are wasting your time)

If it was easy, everyone would be big.

Just go to a gym, then tell the gym instructor what you like to improve in your body and he will give you a program to follow for your exercise. Just follow the program then you will see that in a couple of months you will gain weight and improve muscles in your body.

very little cardio, as much weight as possible without hurting anything

in 5 years when you want to loose weight, lots of cardio, little food.

6'2" and 150lbs. that is a fence post. Just keep working with the weights and a good diet. I should not say this but when I played ball I would eat mashed potatoes by the pounds for dinner before the season started because they would complain If I was to light at the start. Now I am older I have no problem keeping the weight but now have to loose it. When younger and playing ball it was desired that I be 240 to 250 now days I am about 265- 270 and I am just over 6'4" Its hell getting older and the aches from the past. Never did finish college and played semi team ball for fun, party way to much in those days.

its not cause i dont eat..i eat alot and alot of junk food, its gotten to the point where i litterally cant eat any healthy food without nearly vomiting. so i got all the iron and stuff thats in meat out of the needles, that was around the age of 11 by the way. the only reason i got off of the needles is cause i started eating healthy stuff again for about 2 weeks and then i went straight back to the way i was. believe me its a living hell not being able to eat certaint foods, even if you dont really like them.

i'd so check it out but it'd probably cost way to much, plus they probably aren't coming to melbourne anyway. where ever you found it out from can you make sure they are coming to melbourne?
