So i got some lace sensors from my cousin but instead of unsoldering them this mental midget cut them :shock:. Now are they a lost cause or can they be fixed.And if so how? Mr Ceri I am lookin at you my good sir......Or anybody else for that matter. Thanks for any advice.

Arghh! People who cut pickup wires should be forced to do 1000 hours of community service.

Per wire! :D

You can twist and solder new wire to the old and then cover it with heat-shrink tubing. That's the best way I know to repair this dastardly crime.

Try Radio Shack for the tubing. You can use a hair dryer to shrink it if you're patient, although a proper heat gun is hotter and therefore faster.

NO!

They should suffer the same fate as those cheeze-dicks who replace the worn grille cloth on their old Fender amp with new repro material but get the weave orientation wrong......
