A lot of the conjecture from believers is that there is no admission from the government because in reveling the existence would cause wide spread panic and a downfall of society and religion. The only way to break it to the public is very slowly.

If your watching TV lately over the last few years the amount of shows and programs about UFO’s is amazing. Soo many shows about the subject here lately… Wonder what the Folks in charge are Preparing us for by (‘ Slowly breaking it to us”) through sensory overload of sorts…. And Oh so close to 2012

You make alot of sense here. There does seem to be alot of pilots and airports making these reports even though their jobs and questions of their sanity will be questioned. The US Air Force forbids theyr'e pilots to talk about anything UFO related. Makes you wonder.

pilots see HUNDREDS of ufos every week... they rarely get reported because of the ridicule that results....

also, have any of you heard of the apparently "earth sized" ufos that seem to be orbiting the sun? odd...

There was an internationally publicized UFO incident on the south coast of NL several months ago.A local resident managed to shoot a video lasting about half a minute and it's quite evident that it's a solid object followed by a vapor/smoke trail.First the government passed it off as a childs toy rocket but people are smart enough to realize that children's toy rockets don't burst forth from the ocean so that explaination was laid to rest. The government says that there were no military ships or subs of any nation in the area so that's not an option.Finally some "expert" in Sweden or somewhere else in Scandinavia said that it was an optical illusion resulting from the vapor trail of a jet that passed through the area some 1/2 hour before.Any fool could see that was a solid object that clearly originated it's flight in the ocean.No official explaination has been ventured since. It's obvious that governments are either covering something up or they are as puzzled and as in the dark as the rest of us.

on the news not that long ago, there was footage of a spiraling blueish greenish solid object, and it slowly made its way down the east coast of australia.

i think its foolish that nasa is only checking planets with oxygen, water etc. for everyones sake, they might not need what we need!!

Of course there are many who believe that most of the sightings of unexplained aerial phenomena are in fact USAF experiments using back-engineered alien technology as this 1950s-era photo from the Flight Test Center at Edwards AFB clearly illustrates......

Exactly,I'm 57 and I've been a night skywatcher since I was a kid,about 2 years ago I saw the space station and thought I had finally seen a UFO....wrong!
I've never seen anything I couldn't explain either.

First you have to believe that the possibility of life on other planets is possible. Then you have to believe that the life on that planet is intelligent. Once you cross that obsticle, you have to believe that thay are capable of flight. Then you have to believe that they either have created faster than light travel or figured out how to fold space/time because the possibility of making the voyage any other way is impossible and/or not convienant.

If you can believe all this is possible, then you can entertain visitations from other planets.

Do I believe...YES!!! Short of faster than light or some other warp technology (I hate that term, it makes me sound like a Trekkie) we have crossed most of these obsticals.

when you consider the fact that the universe is 13 billion or so years old, its easy to believe that a civilization close to the center (i.e. been around a LOOOOOOOOOONG time) has developed warp travel (light speed would still take x number of light years, making some kind of "warp" or "wormhole" the only plausible means for intergalactic travel)

if they do have flying machines that can fly in space, they have to be intelligent, and if it can go faster than the speed of light, they have to be smarter than people. one civilization couldv'e been around since the beggining of the universe(billion and billions of years ago) and we've only been around for like, a couple hundred thousand years. think how adavanced your civilization would be if they've been around billions and billoins of years!

on the area 51 subject; i think they did have extra terrestrial technology cause of the roswell crash, but why the hell would they keep something that top secret there, if everybody knows about it?? i think theyve transfere half te technology to a very remote base, like in antartica or the sahara.

i've heard the name on morning shows alot. speaking of, they do an awful lot of UFO topics on morning shows where i live.

Whether theirs or ours people have been seeing these things for a long time. There are some famous paintings with flying objects in the background.

What interests me the most are not the ones here but the ones around the space shuttle. Those are definately not ours.
