Anyone working on anyting new? If so, what is it, how far along, any speedbumbs?

I just started working on the new song by the Gin Blossoms "Miss Disarray". Single is on iTunes, album due out in September. I'm pretty sure I got the chrods down, gotta work on the solo this week. My bro is a singer so we might lay it down for fun when it's all worked out, or we have enought beers the next time we hang out lol.

im working on my music room.
its 13X12, with a closet of 6X5 and a bathroom and shower.
my g.friend says i have to share the rooms closet for storage.
i agreed. as long as i get my crap in their first lol.
i will be using it for more of a quiet room to study music
rather than a jam room.
