The Olympics are over and Nevin has left Rio. Who knows where his next destination will be? Maybe, he'll show up at the Tokyo Olympics 4 years from now. Oh, that Nevin.

He could go to Alaska to catch King crab. Of course, with Nevin, he doesn't even need a trawler or a net, because he's Nevin. :P

I heard that Nevin can paly both necks of a double neck guitar at the same time , one with is hands and one with his feet. The one down side is that he is limited to cutting leads only over sole rhythms. There is also a rumor that he is working on a percussion accompaniment that involves a natural bodily function, but I personally think that may be going a bit to far...

Please excuse my temporary derailment of this very amusing and enjoyable thread while I ask a question concerning Nevin and also concerning this forum and how it works.

I went back and looked at about a dozen random pages of this thread and I can find no evidence of Nevin ever having existed here except for the few times he was quoted in someone's post.
In the past, if someone wanted to delete all their posts in a thread (and we have seen that happen on rare occasions), they were not able to actually delete them but would edit them down to a single word, such as "deleted."

How is it possible for all of Nevin's posts to simply disappear without a trace?
I have noticed in the past that when I wish to edit one of my posts the little check box for deleting the post is only available if my post is the last one in the thread.
I am at a loss as to how his posts went into complete oblivion like that.

Also, is Nevin still here but under a different name?
I confess I do not read every post on the forum.
Perhaps I have missed something along the way?

Nevin is married, lovely wife one kid I last heard from Nevin some time ago. Still living in the Pacific Northwest.
Wondering if he is still in his townhouse. More kids bigger house.
He posted on a thread early this year. Good guy, talented guitarist Matt.
Deleting all of ones posts is quirky, best ask Brad.
Nevin are you in Dubai now? Mumbai? Be careful. Stay away from you know who. He isn't charming at all.
Volver a casa pronto Nevin.

Pacific Northwest?
As in Washington/Oregon/Idaho area?
OK .... I always thunk he lived in Calgary.
I guess that's my bad.

Thank you for your patience, gentlemen.
Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

When Nevin was a teenager his date "gave him some" in the cab of his pickup.
A little bit of Nevin dripped down onto the bench seat.
That truck now calls himself Optimus Prime.

Well, I heard that truck got stolen because of it's claim to fame. Somehow it ended up in a cargo hold, but that didn't faze Nevin. A friend of his was a stevedore who agreed to smuggle Nevin in a steamer trunk onto that tramp freighter. Golly gee! What a guy won't do for his wheels.

I think I saw Nevin on a YouTube Rockabilly video recently. His back was turned as he quickly vacated the stage for fear of being discovered. I didn't see his face, but I recognized his greasy sideburns and his blue suede shoes.

Wait a second!? That could have been Elvis! On second thought The King is dead. That had to be Nevin.

Perhaps Elvis and Nevin are one in the same and we've been fooled for decades. :P

I think I saw Nevin. He was checkin' out the Halloween costumes. I couldn't see his face behind the mask, but I recognized his feet.
