Hey Scott, thanks for posting. Interesting sounds. I can't say that I listen much to modern Jazz music, but hey, if it is guitar, maybe that it will grow on me. I like it. Will check more often. :) See ya.

Thanks Claude!!

Bottom line:

I got bored with the diatonic scale.

So I jumped straight down the avante-jazz rabbit hole.

Goodbye blues and blues-rock.....

I can relate to that in some way because years ago I started to hate the banging piano sounds. And I know that it fills a tonal niche in a song, but for some reason I started to dislike it as a solist instrument. The only piano that I like to listen to is from Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel style. No boogie at all, but, I'm open to suggestions. Anyway as I said, when it comes to guitar, I like to listen to a lot of genres. :)

I'm with you on that. I never liked piano in a blues or blues-rock setting. Works great for classical and jazz though.

Later on in the same show, my sax player sat down and played some killer piano. As soon as I finish editing the remainder..... I'll put it up.
