ok, so my day started off with being called into work early at 4:30 A.M. (somebody broke in to the office) well I get there and check the place out and fall down a flight of cement stairs banging up my head pretty bad. after all this I leave to go get something for breakfast and as i'm pulling out of the McDonalds parking lot i get t-boned by a hummer that was going 30 ok, by now it's about 8:30 am and i just go home to recover from my days injuries (Very mild concussion from the accident and the usual cuts and bruses). after all this I get a call from my credit card company saying that theres somebody trying to charge $1500.00 to my card in Roseville. Now i'm left wondering could this day get any worse

I had a teacher years ago who once said to me, "When you ask yourself the question, why me? Answer it with, why not? It says and covers it all."

FWIW, days like this will help you appreciate good days all the more.

I truly feel for you and hope you mend super quick both physically and emotionally.

d3nyd94, mojo on it's way from Chi. Stay in, if possible, for the rest of today at least.

Well it can't be a musician who stole your credit card.

There's only one music store in town and everything they have in stock on any given day isn't worth five hundred bucks.

Sorry for the other bad kharma -- some days we're the june bug, other days we're the radiator grill.

Hang in there!

Arjay

Hope things get better soon. I have learned not to ask, "Can this day get any worse?" because it can. Sending mojo your way.

PS--cancel the credit card right away.

Of course it can. That band you just left (yesterday) could turn up on your doorstep demanding you come back!

Also, I hear tell you have a child on the way. So there ya go: pour yourself a drink, sit back and contemplate how well things are actually going for you. :D

Cheers - C

It can always get worse. If you think you are having a bad day just try missing one. While you had a really rough day, try to focus on the better things. You could have been way more injured in either accident.

Remember too everytime someone in a movie or Tv show says it can't get any worse it always starts a terribe thunderstorm.

Hope tomorrow is better.

Sounds like a scenario for a doomsday movie. I hope that everything goes well from now on. Good luck. :)

It's a good thing Sky Lab is down. With your luck today, it would have been in your living room. Sorry to hear all that going on. Hang in there man.

OK now, time to check what science has to say about this. Did you check your horoscope, biorythm, fortune cookie and whatever might have warned you from the great unknown? If nothing checks out positive, then there is really nothing we can do except hope for the best and go on with our day to day lives. :)
