Weezer is releasing a new album this September I believe. It's called "Hurley" and it is supposed to be more of a... Rolling stones album I guess they say. And apparently there will be no songs featuring rapping or any they. Should be good, I wasn't a huge fan of "ratitude".

Should be good.

The Gin Blossoms have a new album coming in September I think "No Chocolate Cake". The single "miss disaray" is on iTunes. If you like GB, you'll like this song for sure.

There are some rumours going around about a new Van Halen release featuring David Lee Roth due out 2011. Not soon enough for me.

+1

Big Weezer fan since 1994 here. Raditude was for me their worst album, I hope Hurley will be as good as 'Make Believe', one of my favorites.

Also coming out the next few weeks: new album by Iron Maiden and by Blind Guardian. 8)

I heard that about 6 months ago and think I read something recently. I can't wait.

I just got done explaining the difference between Van Halen and Van Hagar to my step son ha ha.

The entire post Beatles recordings of John Lennon plus a lot of out takes and unheard material is coming out some time in October. That set will be a must for John Lennon/Beatle fanatics like myself.
