Grace was a good singer, and ... actually ... the Marty Balin-era Jefferson Starship albums were pretty dreamy, too (remember "Miracles" ??). But the queen of rock and roll has to go to Ms Chrissie Hynde ...

I always liked Christie better that Stevie but the Queen of Rock and Roll is Janis Joplin.

at around 5:30 Christine's song "Believe Me", Peter Green has to be one of the tastiest guitarists ever, another "long live the Queen" for that breathless quality in her singing, the emphasis on being in love in her songs.

When Christine sang Over My Head (was that on Rumors?) she showed Stevie a thing or 2.I was listening to the radio once when they played Over My Head and the DJ credited the vocals to Stevie-fool.That song and her voice still gives me goosebumps. You Make Lovin' Fun is another song where she shines.Of course everytthing she sings is superlative.

I always liked Chrissie Hynde as a female rock queen.

I love Suzi Quatro!

Check out the funky Les Paul bass. It weighs almost as much as she does!
