I'm partial to the "Tropical Turquoise" used on the new rosewood EJ artist model (probably because it's close to my "branch color" when I served as an Army Aviator). "Taos Turquoise" is a sweet shade as well and looks great with a maple fretboard.

Well now, I hate to be a suck-up, but I thought Forum user Kong's metallic Sherwood Green (that he did himself, for anyone as missed it) combined with a mint green pickguard is about as tasty as anything I've seen recently. I'd be very happy if my next Strat looked like this:
