Hopefully you don't have a fret or two that are "lifting". Put a straight edge across the problem area and see if it rocks on the high fret(s). If it doesn't, then it's action. If it's a high fret, you can either compensate by further raising the action, or take it to a shop experienced in guitar repair and the high fret(s) can be dressed with a fret file (properly contoured to maintain the correct crown).

Question is what caused it to suddenly show up? Did you recently alter the action ht. (prior to the buzz) or make a truss rod adjustment, or have you recently changed string guages?

Look down the neck from the headstock to see if the neck has warped or twisted- hopefully neither of these.

Best of luck...hope its minor.

That should be step one.

As well, check for proper neck relief.

I get a little fret buzz when the humidity and temperature are high and above 90 the fret buzz makes the bass guitars vibrate other temps and humidity no fret buzz.

For sure on step one (guess I was just hoping against that). As far as neck relief, that usually affects lower frets (i.e. 1-7 +/-). I haven't seen it affect things at 19.

Good call, RVM. However, if the neck has indeed taken a bow then it will need to be corrected which may also affect the relief.

I consider a guitar neck to be akin to a house's foundation -- it must be true before any other fretboard work can commence.

The neck looks straight and I known about it before and Ive gottin it set up and adjusted. Still didnt work so I just wanna fix it. I dont know anything about readjusting guitars necks or truss rods or setting up guitars. Its been in the shop for this a few times.

Did you check the area of buzz with a short straight edge, checking for high frets?

If the neck is not warped, twisted , or bowed and you couldn't find a high fret(s) in the area of 19, you'll have to raise the action...shouldn't take much so go slow (1/4 turn at a time and recheck). If it's only happening on the treble side, just raise that side.
