some people think destruction can be creative, I think, with-in architecture, like, tearing down an old dilapidated structure to replace it with some thing newer and better perhaps, rap is not art no matter if the lyricist has a gift because the genre deconstructs music horribly, at best it is non-musical propaganda and not something listenable if you have a mind that functions usefully. genius, as a word, lost it's power decades ago. today if you call a play that works in a sport, of all things, sports commentators call the 'player' a genius, sorry that has not and will not work ever, I could think of more examples I suppose, but, like rap un-music, it would be a disappointing waste of time.
