i am with you man, i actually have a copy of 2 white stripes albums cds that a friend made for me with have done nothing but collect dust since the first time I skipped through all the songs on them in less than 6 minutes.

Plus their cover of "Death Letter" was a slap in the face to the late Son House.

Prince is amazing though. Really mindblowing.

Of course we would all have different lists. I'm not a fan of Cobain as people know but people will elect him for iconography over ability as he did play some instantly recognisable chops as did others in there.

As always we could talk all day about who should have been on there. Guitarists should always be the only voters of these polls rather than members of the public.

How did cobain make it? Yeah, Nirvana has a distinct sound that really influenced rock music, but I wouldn't call him a great guitarist.

Also, I want to whine that Keith Urban and brad paisley didn't make it
