I'm especially wondering about those with a 'bundled package' (phone/TV/web) and how you like the service and prices.

We're thinking of switching to Fios...maybe?

I've had fios for a while, 3 or 4 years, very happy! I think I have 25/5, plenty of bandwidth, never experienced any outage. I have the whole package, I think they call it triple freedom. HD and SD are both great, I had Directv before and SD was horrible. And when the storms go thru you can forget about watching any TV!

It looks like they have the best bundle deals.

The options can be very confusing with all of their terminology. :?

25/25
Supreme/Extreme
etc.

you want cheese with that? yeah I know what you mean.. their bundles are good, cause you save some money and it makes it easy to have everything on one bill. They have a great referral program as well, I think it's like a $100 IIRC.

I just called Verizon. The sales guy asks me if I want good, better, great or supreme?

I asked him to explain the differences...after about 2 minutes, I gave him my email address and asked him to send it so I can compare with other plans/providers. :?

I used to have the cable t.v./internet bundle. It was nice, but I now only have internet through them, and so far it's been great. No problems, and very fast internet. Customer service on the other hand is not comcast's strong suit.

I have Cox (computer and TV).

They suck.

RCN recently merged with BecoCom LLC and their support and service is getting worse by the day. They also drop channels and lose emails.

I'm thinking Verizon Fios is probably the best deal....so far!

Fios takes commands from a Driod X.

Lots of good promotions going on right now too!

I currently have satellite TV with one company and phone/web with another however Rogers is offering what appears to be a very good package for much cheaper and we're seriously considering making the switch that's only if they have BBC Canada.

I've had DirecTV, Brighthouse (Time Warner), and now Fios, I would never go back to the other 2! well, unless it was for free :D

Verizon really worked on their customer service, they were horrible before Fios came along... whatever internal change they made really helped. They might be a bit pricey but I don't mind paying a few extra $ a month for quality.

I've had Fios for the past two and a half years for phone, internet and TV. They originally had a deal where they gave us a free 20" Sharp Aquos.
Nothing but great quality and service. We never had an outage or a problem.
The internet is really fast for us 25/25 and if I run a speed test, it's actually really close.

I have comcast, and have had it for about four years. It's extremely fast and very reliable.
