ok im looking for pedal board.
i need something kinda bigish, but im NOT willing to break the bank either.
would like something that comes in a case but i will look at other options.
i have the boss but ive out grown it. i dont need a powered board as i have a morley DC brick. if theres any option of a DIY board i will look at that too. anybody have any ideas here that can help me?

My wife got me a great Gator Pedal Tote. It is great, holds my Digitech RP355 and my Switching unit for my SCXD and room enough for at least one more pedal. Best of all it comes in a nice sturdy case..:)

Hey Way Cool..
You do have a bunch of pedals, maybe consider 2 boards. One for your Modulators, and one for your distortions... just a thought

Since you have the pwr. supply, you might do what I've done. Use a piece of plywood cut to size after you've laid out your desired arrangement. Paint it. Put non-slip 'feet' (round stick ons) on the botton, and mount the pedals using 3M mounting tape (double sided sticky tape with thin foam between). I use a plastic inexpensive large double pistol carrying case (w/ foam padding) for transporting. I like the solid pedal to pedal connectors as it eliminates wires getting in the way.

I made one for 4 pedals, and one for 6 pedals, but it could be made for any amount (could use a small rifle plastic case for lots of pedals, or make two like mine). It's very handy. Everything stays connected and in place...just pull it out of the case, run the two instrument cables (one for the guitar and one for the amp) and an extension cord for the pwr. supply.

this guy builds a pretty nice one, not sure if it is big enough but if you're building it yourself, maybe you can just make it bigger to suit you need

wow he did a great job with that board. a lot of work for 4 pedals though.
that stone paint really set things off for it too.

Try here.

http://www.nycpedalboards.com/

or Here

http://www.rocksolidboards.com/

I use one of the NYC boards and it suits my needs. I've been using it over a year and it still looks brand new.

Edited to add that I called and talked to them. I have a riser that was built specifically to go over my wireless unit. They were very easy to work with and I got mine in about a week.
