I've got one on my board and like it very much. Here is a link to a demo.

It's a great pedal. Analog, bucket brigade delay, warm sounding. I like analyzed pedals much more than digital stuff. I had a Carbon Copy that someone "borrowed" and never returned. Now I'm using an old Ibanez digital delay and it pretty much don't do it for me. I'm basically too lazy to go out and get another one.LOL

Yeah, he is good but I've seen better sounding demos on the CC but that's the first one I saw. On top of that 63supro gave it his thumbs up!! :)

Man I am really torn between the MXR Carbon Copy and the Boss DD-7. I just do not know which one to be my new delay.

2 different monsters. one is analog while the other is digital.

And a true bypass!! I'm not sure if the boss is. Is it?

I like Boss pedals though as I have a few.

I have a lot of Boss pedals and the DD 7 has a lot of bells and whistles, but there is something about the MXR Carbon Copy that appeals to me. I guess it is time for me to go play around with them at the store and make a final decision this weekend. :)

I think this is one of the best delay pedals around. The sound and build are the usual quality you would expect of mxr. I want to change to one of these eventually :)

I've owned just about every delay on the market it seems over the past 20 years, and the Carbon Copy is seriously one of my absolute favorites. Maybe even my favorite of all time. Sounds incredible, super easy to use, really fat sounding analog delay. Get one for sure.
