As much as I love Stratacoustics(I have one)I would pass on this one> $50 is just the current high bid,the buy it now option is $99 and I wouldn't pay that for a guitar with that many issues. The seller is saying that the guitar top warped in the case, that in itself seems very suspect. It is HIGHLY unlikely that a warp that bad would happen unless it was subjected to a very sudden and drastic temperature or humidity change. My guess is that the guitar was the victim of neglect of some sort and some dire occurance. If the seller threw in the case I may go for it but seeing how a musician friend of mine picked up a perfect Stratacoustic for $100 in a pawn shop,it's best to pass on it.

No problem, you're quite welcome. The Stratacoustic may sound a bit thin when played acoustically when compared to a dreadnaught but through an amp or PA it is phenominal and of course with that Strat neck it almost plays itself.Good luck on your hunt.

I play my Telecoustic Deluxe through an Acoustasonic 30 and I absolutely love it!

But as has been said this one sounds like it has too many problems to pull the trigger.

Best of luck though.
