yeah now they consider harris. back then it was all about nikki sixx and the likes. heaven/hell wasnt a bad album, but it didnt rock nothing like born again. geezer was ok. i like him because he and an old friend of mine were/are good buddies. i can say this, tony got lots of credit for keeping sabbath together, when all along it was geezer silently behind closed doors.

OMG!! You know my favorite musician of all time. He is by far the main reason I got into music in the first place.

I saw the "Born Again" tour, the "Black and Blue" tour and the "Reunion Tour".

yes that's right, this was the first tour with Dio, they did many Ozzy tunes as well because all they had at the time was H & H with Dio. There's a movie of that tour that came out a year later.

LOL that would be you.

Here's a YouTube video (audio only) I found awhile ago. The audio is from the very concert that I was at. It was strange hearing it for the first time in almost 30 years, I along with my friends are some of the screaming audience.
This is the Born Again tour and for the encore they did this...it blew eveyone away because nobody was expecting it.

How about Black N Blue and Helix? No Rest for the Wicked was one of my favs back in the day. Of course all the other bands mentioned were among my favs too. Dio, Def Leppard, Priest. Favorite guitarist then was probably either Matthias Jabs or Glenn Tipton. It depended on who i was listening to more at the time, Priest or Scorps. Don't forget Y & T.

ac/dc, kiss, scorpions was my hardrock faves in the youth. prince, james brown and a mix of pop, disco...was my music in this time.

metal came into my life as i bought my first guitar and started with gamma ray, iced earth. then metallica till death, black metal.

cheers

:D
