But I still think strings of sunshine may be better...

Too bad the Cowboy Junkies is taken...

CajunBlues, I wanted to reach out to you regarding “Primer Grey Cafe”. This one really caught my eye as a potential contender and I’m curious to the story behind it and/or if it’s something you simply threw out there. A local reference, perhaps? Pondering including this one (or a slight variant of it) in the list of suggestions that I present to my other members next week!

Brad:

It came to me -- your band is a blend of hillbilly and alternative... primer grey for the hillbilly and cafe for the alternative.... The fact that it rhymes is a plus...

OK, I totally follow your thought process there and this is a pretty solid contender in my book!

I'm finding it extremely difficult to come up with ideas that fit all three of those music styles.

Radical Bees (obviously a play on Brad's name)

Albino Parrot

Since We're Already Here

We Forgot the Beer

Not This Band Again

Drivetrain

Something tells me one or more of those is already taken haha.

The Dry Land Band

You live in Arizona, so it works pretty well, I think. I think it could totally be country, as well as any kind of rock.

And it rhymes :)

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
