It doesn't look like they used the real audio. It's probably one of those fake "so-and-so shreds" videos.

you can still post your videos, just disable commenting from anyone who isn't your friend and disable ratings.

after all everyone has been a beginner at some point, you play the guitar for yourself not for anyone else or for their acceptance. the videos come in handy to show you your progress.
