Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Wonder if Chanman and the Gang from Ghanna are going to wind up with all access passes. :?:

That actually was pretty clever, and dare I say hilarious. I'm pretty sure it was meant as parody of LeBron James' announcement, and not meant to be taken seriously. Especially by those of us on the wrong end of "The Decision."

Actually, I almost threw up in my chowder bowl, as I was eating lunch while listening to this pig's bladder full of self-agrandising, condecending, humorless tripe. IMHO that fruitcake will forever be taking two steps backwards.

not humorous at all, and pretty sad considering this guy has a big following and you'd think he wouldn't be doing the shameless self promoting. But hey, it is John Mayer, he needs the attention.

........and the 'why' of that should be the prize winning question on "Do You Want To Be A Millionaire?"

The funny thing is how popular he is and he's nothing but a Parrot. Nothing original about him. A lot of his following is still young teenage girls. I've heard better original music on local open mic nights. This assclown ain't the second coming.

Oh, I took it all as tongue in cheek about the LeBron announcement!
Yeah he can be an idiot but he can play guitar.

Clapton must think so too or wouldn't have invited him to Crossroads. I don't think Clapton cares if teenage girls show up to his concerts anymore...
Well maybe a little but..

First off, I thought it was funny.

Second while I do not think he is the air apparent to SRV, BUT he can play.

I do cut him some slack, I think in 10 years or so he may grow into the fame he has now, I guess I am more of an optimist.
To those who are dogging him, all I can say is, if you can do better, then please get out there ans show us that you can.
