I use mostly Dunlop USA Nylons.

I bought a pack of 0.46's because a clerk didn't understand what I meant. I took the pack and was like "whatever, I'll try really thin picks then", though I wanted a size or two heavier. I haven't bought picks for a while, so I just use those. Not bad.

I'll use just about any pick though. Dunlop Nylons seem to be what I prefer though.

I use .96mm Dunlop Tortex picks. Excellent picks. It's not quite as thick as your standard heavy pick, so there is just a touch more give with them that you don't get with a typical heavy pic but not to the point where it feels completely flimsy like a medium pick. I have a very, very heavy picking hand, and these picks have just the right amount of give to them to absorb some of what my right hand is doing.

If I'm desperate, I have an old Fender pick necklace piece that I turned into a keyring. Always handy. Always sounds like es-ayche-eye-tee. Always feels like I'm playing with a damn silver dollar coin.
